De Rada is the expression of over two decades of hospitality, shaped by three brothers whose lives have been devoted to the art of welcoming guests. For years, they have poured their passion into owning and operating a diverse variety of restaurant concepts, mastering everything from intimate eateries to vibrant culinary landmarks.
At its culinary heart is Anton—a professor of gastronomy with more than 15 years in culinary education and over 22 years of experience as a chef. Having trained thousands of students, but also aspiring chefs and professionals from prestigious restaurants and five-star hotels, his extensive knowledge of international cuisine finds its true passion in the traditions and refinement of Italian cooking. Our name pays homage to Girolamo De Rada, the celebrated Italo-Arberesh poet and writer born in Calabria - a region where Italian culinary tradition runs deep.
